LiveChat give you a fast way to help your customers and visitors. By connecting it to HelpDocs, you can easily chat to visitors on your knowledge base.
We'll also record when someone starts a chat from your knowledge base under Contact Forms in our analytics.
- In your LiveChat dashboard
- Go to Settings
- Head to the My Website section (or click here)
- Copy the number after lc.license
- In HelpDocs
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Scroll down to LiveChat and expand
- Paste in your lc.license key
- Hit Save
You'll now be able to chat with visitors and customers right from your knowledge base.
