# Understanding Productivity with Leaderboard

Whether you're a team of 2 or 2,000 it's always interesting who updated how many articles over a certain period of time.

Leaderboard allows you to see which team members updated how many articles and create some healthy competition 🏆

### Understanding Productivity with Leaderboard

1. Head to **Stats** -> **Content**
2. Scroll down to **Author Leaderboard**
3. You'll see a list of team members and how many articles they've created
