# Updating Your Billing Information

If you need to change card, billing email, or billing address for any reason you can enter your new details from the HelpDocs dashboard. You may also need to do this if your card is set to expire but usually we can do that automatically for you.

You'll need a certain [user role](/article/CaKSeF9kSP-managing-users) to access this

### Changing Your Billing Details

1. Head to **Settings** > **Billing**
2. Click **Go to billing Portal**
3. Click **Update information** or **Add payment method**
4. Hit **Save**
5. We'll update your details instantly and use it for all future payments.
