# How do I reset my password?

Can't remember your password or struggling to log in? Don't worry—we've all been there! 🙈

Password reset emails will only be sent if you're a member of that account. If you're not receiving a reset email, you may not have access to this Knowledge Base.

Reset password emails will be sent by **notifications@helpdocs.io**.  
If you're getting an email about resetting your password from another email address [please email us](mailto:hi@helpdocs.io).

To reset your password type in your email address and then click **Forgot**. Check your emails and click the link provided.
