# My Article Has a Blank Space to the Left. What's Wrong?

Is your article shifted to the right with a big space to the left of it? It's probably because you've enabled the [Table of Contents](/article/pxWAp5tLwU-adding-a-table-of-contents) but haven't included any headings inside your article.

### Fixing the Issue

1. Head to the article
2. Click the **☰ More** button > **Edit slug, tags, etc.**
3. Scroll down and **untick** Table of Contents
4. Hit **Save changes**
