# Setting or Updating the Name in Your Profile

When you sign up to HelpDocs from an invitation your email address will be filled automatically. You'll have an opportunity to add your name on this page too ✨

If you've changed your name you can easily change this in your Profile.

### Changing your name

1. Head to your Profile by clicking on your name in the menu bar and heading to **Profile** (or click [here](https://my.helpdocs.io/app/profile))
2. Enter your new name in the **Full name** field

3. Upload your new image
4. Hit **Save Changes**
