With HelpDocs, you can add as many custom scripts as you like. You can even use them to integrate with the other services you use, even if we don't have native support yet.
You'll need to be on the right plan to use JavaScript
Adding Custom JavaScript
- Head over to Settings > Customize (or click here)
- Click the Code tab, then JavaScript
- Write your code in the text area. Be sure to wrap any code in
<script>tags. - Your changes save to your draft as you go, so you can check them in the preview next to the editor
- Hit Publish, then confirm with Publish to put your code live
Drafts are part of .dev. If your plan doesn't include it you'll see Save instead of Publish, and your code goes live as soon as you save.
We don't run custom JavaScript on trials awaiting approval. While your account is under review you'll see a notice in place of the editor, and you can add your code once your account is approved.
Be aware that every script you load has an impact on your page load speed.
