So you know what users are searching for but what about which articles they're clicking on after they've searched for it? That's exactly what Articles Clicked tells you.

This helps you work out what queries are hitting the mark and connecting users with the right content.

Finding Articles Clicked

  1. Head to Stats -> Search
  2. Scroll down to the Top Search Queries table
  3. If we've collected the analytics you'll see an Articles Clicked column
  4. Click on the number in the Articles Clicked cell to reveal the specific articles users went to
  5. Click the Article Title to head to the article in the article editor

This data shows you which search terms are successfully guiding users to helpful content, so you can understand what's working well in your Knowledge Base.
