The Happiness Score gives you an overview of how happy readers are with your Knowledge Base, based on your feedback metrics. You'll find it in the Happiness section under the Feedback tab of Stats.

How we calculate the Happiness Score 🌻
The Happiness Score is based on the NPS® (Net Promoter Score) methodology. It ranges from -100% (dreadful) to +100% (perfect) and is calculated using (positive responses - negative responses) / total * 100
Anything more than 20% is a good score and anything less than -20% means it might be worth updating your articles 😵
Taking action on your Happiness Score
Your Happiness Score helps you understand which articles might need attention:
- High scores (20% and above): Your readers are happy! Keep doing what you're doing
- Low scores (-20% and below): Time to review and update those articles
- Scores in between: Room for improvement, but not urgent
Look for patterns in the feedback to identify common issues and prioritize which articles to update first.
