The GDPR framework introduced the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We've extended our DPA to include the UK GDPR and CCPA (the California Consumer Privacy Act). In certain situations when handling sensitive data, a signed DPA is needed.

To access certain features inside HelpDocs you'll need to sign a DPA. We've made this super simple and it lives right inside your account.

Signing Your Data Processing Agreement

  1. Head to Settings > General
  2. Scroll down to Data protection
  3. Click Sign DPA
  4. Click Review and sign
  5. Fill in your details
  6. Complete the required fields
  7. You're done! 🎉 You'll get an email with the signed DPA for your records
You can access your signed DPA anytime by clicking Download DPA
