The GDPR framework introduced the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). In certain situations when handling sensitive data, a signed DPA is needed.
To access certain features inside HelpDocs you'll need to sign a DPA. We've made this super simple and it lives right inside your account.
Signing Your Data Processing Agreement
- Head to Settings > General
- Scroll down to Data protection
- Click Sign DPA
- Click Review and sign
- Fill in your details
- Complete the required fields
- You're done! š You'll get an email with the signed DPA for your records
