I can't log into my HelpDocs account
Not being able to log in can be super frustrating—we hear you. Here's a list of troubleshooting tips to try out if you're not able to log into your account.
- Make sure your password is correct
We're expected to remember so many passwords it can get tricky to remember the right password for the right service. If you're getting an error saying 'Error invalid login' you'll want to reset your password. Click here to find out how.
- Double-check your email address
It might be that you've accidentally entered the wrong email address, or you've left in spaces at the end.
Make sure you're using the correct email address and that there aren't any spaces at the start or end of the email address field.
- Ask if your email was correct on the invite
If you've just been invited by a teammate, it might be that they entered your email address incorrectly (typos, eh?). Ask them to check it on their account.
If it turns out to be wrong, they should click Remove and then invite your user again with the correct email address.
