Connecting Heap

Heap is analytics platform that gives you insights into your customers' digital journeys so you can optimize their experience.

HelpDocs integrates with Heap to make it easy for you to track customer journeys on your Knowledge Base.

Connecting Heap

1. In your Heap dashboard
   1. Head to Account > Install
   2. Click on Web > Code
   3. Copy the APP_ID from the code snippet

2. In your HelpDocs dashboard
   1. Head to Settings > Integrations > Analytics
   2. Next to Heap click ⋮ More > Connect
   3. Enter the APP_ID you copied
   4. Hit Save Changes
