Connecting Aide

  1. Head to Aide
  2. Click Knowledge in the top navigation bar
  3. Enter your HelpDocs URL inside the Import Help Center popup
    Make sure to include https:// at the start
  4. Click Check URL
  5. Check the import URL displayed and click Begin import
  6. You're done! šŸŽ‰ Your content will be imported and you'll be able to use your HelpDocs articles as a source of Knowledge
