HelpDocs integrates with Sunshine Conversations to make it really easy for your customers to reach you.
Connecting HelpDocs & Sunshine Conversations
- In your Sunshine Conversations dashboard
- Select your app
- Select the Settings tab
- Find your ID and click Copy to copy it to your clipboard
- In your HelpDocs dashboard
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find Sunshine Conversations under Contact form and click its tile
- Paste your ID into the Sunshine Conversations App Token box
- Hit Save changes
Now when your users use the Contact button on your HelpDocs they'll see the Sunshine Conversations widget appear instead of the email contact form.
