Connecting Sunshine Conversations

Sunshine Conversations (formerly Smooch) is multi-channel messaging made simple.

HelpDocs integrates with Sunshine Conversations to make it really easy for your customers to reach you.

Connecting HelpDocs & Sunshine conversations

1. In your Sunshine conversions dashboard
   1. Select your app
   2. Select the Settings tab
   3. Find your ID and click Copy to copy it to your clipboard
2. In your HelpDocs dashboard
   1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Smooch
   2. Click ⋮ More > Connect
   3. Paste your ID into the Smooch App Token box
   4. Hit Save

Now when your users use the Contact button on your HelpDocs they'll see the Sunshine conversations Widget appear instead of the email contact form.
