Marking an Article as Fresh
If you're using the 'Mark as Stale' feature, you'll need to know how to mark them as Fresh if you've updated them with new information. Good news is that it's super easy. π

If you're using the Mark as Stale feature and you've updated an article with new information, you'll need to mark it as Fresh. Good news is that it's super easy π
FromΒ the Article Editor
- Click the
Stale button in the top menu bar - Review the comment
- When ready, click Set fresh now
From the Content Tab
Stale articles will have a Stale badge next to the status. If an article has a Stale Reason, just hover over the badge to read the reason.
- Select the article(s) you want to change to Fresh
- Click Bulk edit in the top right
- Under Stale Status, select Fresh in the dropdown
- Click Apply edits
