If you're using the Mark as Stale feature and you've updated an article with new information, you'll need to mark it as Fresh. Good news is that it's super easy π
- Click the Stale chip
- Review the message left by your teammate (or past you π΅οΈββοΈ)
- Either click Mark fresh or click Manage stale status if you'd like to change the Stale reason
- Stale articles will have a Stale status badge on the right of the row
- If they have a Stale reason, they'll be underlined. Hover over the badge to read the reason

- Bulk select the articles you'd like to mark Fresh
- Click Bulk edit in the top right
- Under Stale Status, click Fresh
- Hit Apply edits
