Unassigned Articles: temporary storage for uncategorized content, not visible on KB but searchable.

If you haven't assigned a category to an article you'll see it stored inside Unassigned Articles at the bottom of your Content page. Think of this as temporary storage for all those articles that haven't quite got a place yet.
Any published articles in Unassigned Articles category won't show up on your Knowledge Base but will still be searchable from the search bar.
