How do I change my email?
If you need to change the email address you signed up with you can do that inside your Profile.

Times change and so do emails! If you're looking to change the email address you use for your HelpDocs account, you can easily do it inside your Profile 📬
If you need to make a second email address change get in touch with us.
Changing Your Email Address
- Head to your Profile (or click here)
- Under About you click Change next to your current email address
- Type in your new email address and click Request Change
- Check your emails and copy the confirmation code inside
- Paste the code into the Confirmation code field and click Confirm change
