This integration enables HubSpot to access your documentation by automatically adjusting your robots.txt file settings.
Enabling this integration will modify your Knowledge Base's robots.txt file to allow HubSpot's crawler access to your content.
How to Enable HubSpot Service Hub
- Head to Settings > Integrations and click the AI tools filter
- Click the HubSpot Service Hub tile
- Check Enable HubSpot Crawler
- Click Save changes to apply the settings
After enabling the integration, you can verify it's working by checking your robots.txt file. It should now include an entry for
