Help! No articles are appearing on my knowledge base

If you're looking at your knowledge base and no articles are showing up even though you've written categories and articles then the problem is that all your articles are set as drafts.

In HelpDocs you'll need to set your articles as Published. Here's how:

  1. Head to the status dropdown
  2. Select Published
  3. Hit Save changes
