GoSquared helps you turn visitors into customers. It's got useful tools baked in like live chat, analytics, and a people CRM. Connect it up with HelpDocs to start tracking analytics and if enabled, show live chat on your knowledge base.

Connecting GoSquared

  1. In your GoSquared dashboard
    1. Click here to go to your tracking snippet
    2. Copy the Project Token given to you
  2. In your HelpDocs dashboard
    1. Go to Settings > Integrations
    2. Scroll down, then click & expand GoSquared
    3. Paste in your Project Token
    4. Hit Save

You can now track visitors on your website and assist them with live chat if enabled. Enjoy!
