Gainsight PX is an all-in-one product analytics and customer engagement platform. By connecting it with HelpDocs, you can gain product insights by tracking visitor activity on your knowledge base.

Adding Gainsight PX Analytics

  1. In your Gainsight PX Dashboard
    1. Go to Account Settings > Products (or click here)
    2. Copy your PRODUCT-KEY
  2. In your HelpDocs dashboard
    1. Head to Settings > Integrations
    2. Find Gainsight PX
    3. Click ⋮ More > Connect
    4. Scroll down to Gainsight PX, then click
    5. Paste in your PRODUCT-KEY
    6. Hit Save Changes

All done! You should start seeing analytics being logged for your knowledge base.

  1. In HelpDocs
    1. Head to Settings > API
    2. Create or copy an API key
  2. In your Gainsight PX Dashboard
    1. Head to Settings > Integrations
    2. Find HelpDocs and click the Settings icon
    3. Paste in your API key
    4. Hit Apply
