Connecting HelpDocs & Belco
- In your Belco dashboard
- Click the CogĀ in the bottom left corner
- Click on Settings
- Click on your shop
- Under Developers click API keys
- Copy the Shop Id
- In your HelpDocs dashboard
- Go toĀ SettingsĀ >Ā Integrations
- Find Beclo
- Click ā® More > Connect
- Paste yourĀ Shop IdĀ into theĀ Belco Shop IDĀ box
- HitĀ Save Changes
Now when yourĀ users useĀ theĀ ContactĀ button on your HelpDocs they'llĀ see the Belco Widget appear instead of the email contact form.
