Chatra is a live chat & offline messaging platform for businesses. HelpDocs integrates with Chatra to make it super simple for your customers to reach you.
Connecting Chatra
- In your Chatra dashboard
- Head to the Chat Widget section of the Operator dashboard
- If your Widget Snippet isn't already visible, click Show widget code
- Copy the whole widget to your clipboard
- In your HelpDocs dashboard
- Go to Settings > Integrations (or click here)
- Find Chatra
- Click ⋮ More > Connect
- Paste your Widget Snippet into the Chatra widget code box
- Hit Save Changes
Now when your users use the Contact button on your HelpDocs they'll see the Chatra Widget appear instead of the email contact form.
