Chatra is a live chat & offline messaging platform for businesses. HelpDocs integrates with Chatra to make it super simple for your customers to reach you.

Connecting Chatra

  1. In your Chatra dashboard
    1. Head to the Chat Widget section of the Operator dashboard
    2. If your Widget Snippet isn't already visible, click Show widget code
    3. Copy the whole widget to your clipboard
  2. In your HelpDocs dashboard
    1. Go to SettingsIntegrations (or click here)
    2. Find Chatra
    3. Click ⋮ More > Connect
    4. Paste your Widget Snippet into the Chatra widget code box
    5. Hit Save Changes

Now when your users use the Contact button on your HelpDocs they'll see the Chatra Widget appear instead of the email contact form.
