Accessibility Statement
HelpDocs' accessibility commitment, compliance status, and feedback process for website issues.
HelpDocs is committed to making its website(s) accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
This accessibility statement applies to our website helpdocs.io, the application, and the website(s) our customers create.
Compliance Status
The website(s) have been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard.
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reason(s):
Disproportionate burden
Due to the nature of providing customers the ability to create their own HTML templates, add custom CSS and JavaScript, and choose a primary color, we are unable to ensure the website(s) created by our customers comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.
Customers can also add descriptions to images for screen readers, but these are optional.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on October 8, 2024. It was prepared by us using the Browserstack Accessibility testing suite, which includes testing to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.
