Hiding the Contact Button

When you sign up to HelpDocs, you'll automatically be given a contact button (which triggers a contact form) in the upper-right hand side of the header. This way, it's easy for customers to get in touch if they can't find the answer they're looking for.

If you're using one of our Contact Form Integrations (like Intercom or GoSquared) we automatically make the Contact button trigger a new conversation in the live chat window.

If you want the contact button to be completely hidden, no problem! Just leave the Contact Form Email blank in Settings > General and hit Save. We'll hide the button and the email contact form won't be available for your users.
