Hiding the Contact Button

When you sign up to HelpDocs, you'll automatically be given a contact button (which triggers a contact form) in the upper-right hand side of the header. This way, it's easy for customers to get in touch if they can't find the answer they're looking for.

If you're using one of our Contact Form Integrations, like Drift or Intercom, we automatically make the Contact button trigger a new conversation in the live chat window.

If you no longer want the contact form button to display, simply leave the form under 'contact form email' blank. Once you hit save, it'll remove the button completely.
