When you create a category for the first time, you might not see it on your customer-facing knowledge base. That's because we only display categories that contain published articles. π

When you create a category for the first time you might not see it on your customer-facing knowledge base. That's because we only display categories that containΒ Published articles.Β
So to make your category show up you'll need to go ahead and publish at least one of the articles inside it. We'll do the rest automatically.
