This is probably to do with an existing chat integration you have enabled. The contact form gets disabled if you have one of the following integrations enabled in Settings > Integrations:
- GoSquared
- Intercom
- Sunshine Conversations
- Gorgias
- Front Chat
- Drift
Fixing the Issue
- Head to Settings > Integrations (or click here)
- Check any of the above messaging integrations to see if they have been enabled or have code inside their editors
- Remove any content inside any of these integrations
- Hit Save Changes
- Head to Settings > Brand and make sure you have a contact form email entered
Your contact form should now show up for customers to post their questions. Enjoy 🙌
