Subscribing to a paid plan in HelpDocs is super simple. All you'll need is a credit/debit card for payment and your billing address.
Only certain user roles can manage billing
Subscribing to a Plan
- Head to Settings > Billing
- Choose Monthly or Yearly billing in the top bar
- On the plan you'd like to subscribe to click Subscribe
- Add billing address, card details, and if you have one, tax number on the right
- Click Pay and subscribe
In a few moments your new plan will be selected and you'll be good to go ✅
We use Stripe to process all our subscriptions. Your card details are never stored on our servers and everything's securely encrypted
