Downloading Invoices and Receipts

Our payment processor, Stripe, sends you an email every time your card is charged. We also provide another type of receipt that you can customize with your business data.

Subscribing to a Plan for the First Time

Subscribing to a paid plan in HelpDocs is super simple. All you'll need is a credit/debit card for payment and your billing address.

Viewing Your Current Plan and Features

Not sure what features your plan includes? Head to the billing page to get a list.

Changing Your Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your HelpDocs account at any time. You don't even need the credit card you signed up with.

Cancelling Your Account

We'll be super sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel your account for any reason, here's how you do it.

Updating Your Billing Information

If you need to change card for any reason, you can enter your new card details in the HelpDocs dashboard.

European Union VAT Charges
