Our payment processor, Stripe, sends you an email every time your card is charged. We also provide another type of receipt that you can customize with your business data.

Subscribing to a paid plan in HelpDocs is super simple. All you'll need is a credit/debit card for payment and your billing address.

Updating Your Billing Information

If you need to change card for any reason, you can enter your new card details in the HelpDocs dashboard.

Cancelling Your Account

We'll be super sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel your account for any reason, here's how you do it.

Changing Your Plan

Upgrade or downgrade anytime with pro-rated payments. You'll get credits for unused time. Access Settings > Billing to change your plan instantly without worry.

European Union VAT Charges
