Bom dia! ๐ If you're looking to support non-English and international customers with HelpDocs you can change the contents of strings to match the language.
For example, you can replace the 'Help me with...' string in the search bar above with 'Aidez-moi avec...' for French-speaking users or even 'Search by typing here' if you'd prefer an alternative English phrase.
Changing the Language in Common Phrases
- Head to Settings > Language (or click here)
- Make sure you're on Strings
- If you're translating the strings change the language in the dropdown
- Type in the phrase(s) you'd like to replace below the default phrase
- Hit Save
