Toggling Dark Mode on V5 Templates

V5 templates come with dark mode built right in, giving your Knowledge Base a sleek look that adapts to user preferences. Sometimes though, you might want to disable this feature to stay more on-brand or maintain consistent styling with your main website.
Here's how to toggle dark mode on your V5 template.
How to Toggle Dark Mode
Follow these steps to disable dark mode on your V5 template:
- Head to Settings > Brand
- Under Template, select any V5 template from the dropdown
- Hit Save Changes
- Once saved, you'll see Template Options appear underneath the template selector
- Toggle the Disable Dark Mode checkbox
- Hit Save Changes again
That's it! Your V5 template will no longer switch to dark mode, giving you full control over your Knowledge Base's appearance.
