Available Template Options

Your V5 template comes with these customization options:

Template Option

Description

Toggle Dark Mode

Enable or disable the automatic dark mode feature. When disabled, your Knowledge Base will always display in light mode, giving you consistent styling that matches your brand.

Disable Authorship

Hide author information from your articles. This creates a cleaner look when you prefer not to show who wrote each piece of content.

Disable Feedback

Remove the feedback widgets from your articles. Use this when you have alternative feedback collection methods or want to streamline the reading experience.

Solid Header Color

Switch from the default gradient header to a solid color. This gives your Knowledge Base a more minimalist appearance and can better match your brand colors.

The dark mode setting here is different from the dark mode preference in your HelpDocs dashboard. To learn about changing your personal dashboard dark mode setting, check out Setting Your Dark Mode Preference.

That's it! Mix and match these options to create the perfect look and feel for your Knowledge Base 🎨
