Are you SOC2 or ISO27001 certified?
Working on SOC2 and ISO27001 certifications with audit completion expected early next year. Check our trust center for current security practices.
Security matters, and we know you want to be sure your data is in safe hands. Here's where we stand on SOC2 and ISO27001. Spoiler: we're on the way there 🚀
Both are well-known security standards. They show that a company takes protecting customer data seriously.
- SOC2 is a report produced by an independent auditor. It checks how a company handles data against criteria like security, availability, and confidentiality.
- ISO27001 is an international standard for managing information security. A company needs to prove it has a proper Information Security Management System (ISMS) in place. This covers how risks are found, assessed, and kept under control.
Are we certified?
Not just yet. We're actively working on getting certified for both SOC2 and ISO27001. We expect the audit review process to finish early 2027.
What can you do in the meantime?
You don't have to wait for the audits to wrap up. There are a couple of ways to get the answers you need:
- Send our team your security questionnaires using the Contact form. Available on certain plans.
- Visit our trust center at https://trust.inc/helpdocs to see our current security practices and documentation.
Thanks for your patience while we get the paperwork across the finish line.
Until then we can't claim either certification. We'd rather be honest with you than rush a badge onto our site.
