At HelpDocs we're 100% focused on making great knowledge bases. To that end, we don't ship with a way to manage tickets.

That means you can use HelpDocs with any ticketing system you like. We have native integrations with live chat platforms like Drift, Intercom and Doorbell.

Plus you can send emails from our built-in contact form straight to ZenDesk, Front, Groove, Help Scout, or your ticketing system of choice.
